Step 1

Open the ClaimWizard mobile application and log in.

Click on the Action Items icon in the middle-top of the screen to access your Action Items.

Step 2

Here you will see a listing of all Action Items assigned to you.

If you would like to filter your view to see All Company Action Items (only available if you have security access) or filter on other attributes, click the Funnel icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

Step 3

Choose the filter options you would like to apply:

  • Priority: All / Critical
  • Sort By: Unsorted / Due Date / Created Date / Assignee
  • Status: All / Active / Completed / Snoozed
  • View: My Action Items / All Action Items (company-wide)

Step 4

When you are returned to the Action Items Screen you will now be viewing items with your filter applied.
